For international individuals and families with EUR 1m+ in net wealth

Invest Expat Private Office

More than a portfolio. A partner for your wider financial life.

When your wealth spans countries, properties, pensions and different advisers, the challenge is making the decisions work together. We help you see the full picture, coordinate the right specialists and follow through on an agreed plan.

An initial conversation to explore fit. No obligation to proceed.

Personal meetings. Coordinated specialists. A written plan and follow-through.

Good advisers. But who connects the decisions?

You may already have a capable investment adviser, accountant and lawyer. Yet you are still the person explaining the background, arranging the conversations and checking what happens next. Private Office provides a defined coordination role across your financial life.

  • A move abroad changes more than your address. Your investments, pensions, property and family arrangements need to be considered together.

  • A property purchase or business sale raises questions for several advisers at once. Someone needs to organise the decisions and next steps.

  • Your family's wealth has grown, but the overview and responsibilities have not kept pace.

What is Invest Expat Private Office?

Invest Expat Private Office is an ongoing wealth-planning and coordination service for internationally connected individuals and families with EUR 1 million or more in net wealth. It brings a financial overview, an agreed action plan and coordination with relevant advisers into one defined relationship. Specific services depend on your circumstances, jurisdiction and agreed mandate.

What we coordinate for you

01

Your financial overview

We bring together the assets, liabilities, pensions, property interests and priorities you share with us.

Output: A documented wealth overview, with gaps and open questions identified.

02

A joined-up financial plan

We connect liquidity needs, investments, retirement plans and major family decisions, identifying where specialist input is needed.

Output: A prioritised action plan with responsibilities and next steps.

03

Coordination with your advisers

We prepare and coordinate agreed meetings with tax advisers, lawyers, notaries and other relevant specialists, with your authorisation.

Output: Meeting agendas, documented decisions and a shared action list.

04

Property and major transactions

We help coordinate the financial questions around property purchases, financing and other significant changes, alongside the professionals responsible for the transaction.

Output: An agreed coordination plan. Substantial transaction work is scoped as a separate project.

05

Family and succession planning coordination

We help organise the questions and professional input needed around family protection, inheritance and succession. Legal documents and tax advice remain with qualified specialists.

Output: A planning checklist and clearly assigned professional responsibilities.

06

Ongoing personal oversight

Through agreed personal meetings and progress reviews, we revisit priorities, track open actions and coordinate updates as circumstances change.

Output: A current action tracker and scheduled reviews within your agreed scope.

Scope boundary

We coordinate; each specialist remains responsible for their professional advice. The engagement defines meeting frequency, deliverables and support. Tax returns, legal drafting, property management and day-to-day personal administration are not included in the standard coordination scope. Investment services, where appropriate and available, require their own agreed terms.

A plan you can see. Responsibilities you can follow.

When you need a broader relationship

Private Office may be a fit when you want ongoing help coordinating several financial decisions and professionals, not just advice on an individual question or investment portfolio.

The left-hand column describes your existing agreement with Invest Expat, whatever its terms. It is not a statement that other services provide less care.

Designed for EUR 1 million+ in net wealth. Complexity, priorities and the value of ongoing coordination matter as much as the headline number. A straightforward portfolio may be better served by another Invest Expat service.

Start with the situation, not a product

    A private introduction

Tell us what has become difficult to coordinate and what you would like to change. We explore whether the service is a fit.

  2. 02

    A defined proposal

If there is a fit, we agree the scope, responsibilities, meeting rhythm and fees before work begins.

  3. 03

    Your overview and action plan

We organise the information and specialist input needed to establish priorities.

  4. 04

    Coordination and review

We track the agreed work, coordinate conversations and revisit the plan as your circumstances evolve.

A defined scope. Fees agreed upfront.

Private Office is billed through an agreed annual retainer based on the scope and complexity of the relationship. Additional projects, travel and other expenses are agreed separately. External advisers charge for their own services. Any commissions connected with recommendations or arrangements are disclosed in the relevant terms before you decide to proceed.

The Private Office coordination retainer is not calculated as a percentage of your assets. Separate investment, product and third-party charges may still apply.

Questions people ask before an introduction

Who is Private Office for?

Internationally connected individuals and families with EUR 1 million+ in net wealth who need ongoing coordination across several financial topics or advisers. We assess fit individually, including the countries involved and the work required.

Does EUR 1 million mean investable assets?

Our proposed threshold refers to household net wealth: assets less liabilities, including financial assets, property and business interests. It is not a requirement to invest that amount with us. We also consider whether the scope and cost of the service make sense for your situation.

How is this different from portfolio management?

Portfolio management focuses on investment decisions under a particular mandate. Private Office adds a defined coordination role across your wider financial situation, specialist conversations and agreed next steps. It does not automatically include discretionary portfolio management.

Can I keep my existing advisers?

We can discuss working alongside your existing advisers, subject to their cooperation, your authorisation and the agreed scope. Changing every professional relationship is not the starting point.

Is this a family office?

Private Office is Invest Expat's personal wealth-planning and coordination service. It is not a dedicated single-family office or a substitute for every investment, accounting, legal and administrative function a family office might provide.

Do you give tax and legal advice?

Tax and legal advice is provided by appropriately qualified professionals. Our role is to coordinate the relevant questions, meetings and follow-through within the engagement.

Do you offer personal meetings?

Personal meetings form part of the agreed service. Location, frequency and any travel expenses are set out in the proposal.

How are fees charged?

Through an annual coordination retainer agreed in advance, with additional projects, expenses and external professional fees treated separately. Relevant commissions and any separate investment or product charges are disclosed in the applicable terms.

What happens after I enquire?

We review the information you provide and contact you to discuss fit and the next step. You do not need to send financial statements or transfer assets to make an initial enquiry.

Let's discuss the bigger picture.

Tell us what you would like someone to help coordinate. We will explore whether Private Office is the right relationship for you.
